1st Day: Saturday Good Morning Italy!
Arriving at Naples airport. Meeting with the assistant and GT bus transfer at a 4star Hotel near the sea situated in the area of Sorrento Coast. Check in and accommodation in the rooms booked for You. Welcome tasting of hot pancakes and typical drinks.
Presentation of the Mediterranean Cooking course. Delivery to all participants of typical housewife aprons. Free time available on the pool or at beach (in the summer time). Dinner and overnight stay.
2nd Day: Sunday Visit of a local market
Breakfast and transfer to a local market to get to know fruit, vegetables and cheese products ofthe Mediterranean Area. In the afternoon free time for a walk in the centre of Marina di Equaor to relax on the beach. Dinner at the hotel restaurant with music show afterwards.
3th Day: Monday Cooking lessons
After breakfast, first cooking lesson under the direction of the masters: home-made pasta with different sauces. For lunch participants will eat their own pasta meal!Free time to relax on the beach or swimming pool after dinner.
4th Day: Tuesday Naples / Pompeii
Breakfast buffet in the hotel. After departure for Naples and tour of the city, to the bus and on foot: Riviera di Chiaia, Posillipo with its stunning views over the Gulf of Naples, the promenade, Piazza Plebiscito with the PalazzoReale facade, the historic CaffèGambrinus (where you can taste the sfogliatella and Neapolitan rhumbabà), the Galleria Umberto I, the Teatro San Carlo, Piazza del GesùNuovo and the famous cloister of Santa Chiara. After moving to a wine-producing farm for a lesson devoted to the presentation of different wines with taste and light lunch. Transfer to Pompei. Visit to archaeological area of Pompei. After a stop for visit a craft factory where you can watch the process of coral and cameo. Dinner at the hotel restaurant.
5th day – Wednesday – Cooking lessons
After breakfast, second cooking lesson on sauces and vegetables: for lunch participants will eat their own dishes. In the afternoon visit of buffalo dairy where they can watch the Mozzarella being made and then go on to taste it. Dinner and overnight in hotel. After dinner piano bar in hotel.
6th day – Thursday – Cooking lessons
Breakfast in hotel and transfer of the archaeological area of the town of Ercolano, that represents one of the most important archaeological site of the south Italy. Visit of the archaeological zone. Return to the hotel and free time to relax on the beach or in the swimming area. In the afternoon cooking lesson under the direction of experts: how to prepare neapolitan pizza. Participants will prepare pizza and eat it.Overnight in hotel.
7th Day – Friday – Cooking lessons
Breakfast in hotel. Third cooking lesson under the direction of experts: how to prepare fish dishes, shellfish and seafood, and then lunch with the preparations. Free time to relax on the beach or in the swimming area.Dinner at the hotel restaurant. After dinner all participants will receive an Italian Cooking Certificate.Piano bar and overnight.
8th Day: Saturday Goodbye Italy!
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to the airport.
